CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to tour date are REFUNDABLE IN FULL LESS A $100 HANDLING FEE.
If the cancellation is being made in order to reschedule to another Stayin' Safe training session within the same season, the participant's payment will be applied in full.

Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to tour date are REFUNDABLE AT 50%. If the cancellation is being made in order to reschedule to another Stayin' Safe training session within the same season, the full fee less a $100 handling fee will be applied.

Due to the high cost of insurance and other costs associated with each tour, CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF TOUR DATE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The rider who cancels within 30 days of a scheduled event may reschedule for another Stayin' Safe training session and apply the full amount less a $100 handling fee ONLY IF THERE IS ANOTHER PARTICIPANT AVAILABLE TO TAKE HIS OR HER PLACE on the original event.

Knowing that unforeseen circumstances
occasionally prohibit a rider from participation, Stayin' Safe makes every effort to reshedule those riders into a subsequent Stayin' Safe session at minimal cost. A cancelling rider who does not wish to reschedule may save himself cancellation fees or loss of payment if they secure an eligible replacement rider to take their place in the original session (any rider changes must be approved by Stayin' Safe at least 10 days prior to the event date).

Other Notes

  • A motorcycle operator's license and a machine in sound mechanical condition, with good tires and stock or slightly louder than stock exhaust systems (no loud pipes), are required.
  • Stayin' Safe training tours are not super fast sport rides, but when conditions permit, we sometimes enjoy an "adult" pace.
  • All training tours start slowly. At times you will ride at the pace of the slowest rider, but never at a faster pace than you're comfortable with.
  • A great way to ensure compatibility with fellow students is to book a private training tour with a few friends.
  • Accommodations are usually single rooms, although some voluntary sharing (especially by friends and relatives) may be requested in the small country inns.
  • Yes, passengers are welcome. They are given a radio and headset, and can listen in on commentary. The supplement is $200 (shared accommodation, meals included).

* Private Training Tour Dates (weekdays & weekends) Available. Contact us.
